Opt-in Messages:
Clients who opt in will receive text messages regarding case updates, appointment reminders, and time-sensitive notices.
Cancel SMS Service:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After sending "STOP", we will send you a confirmation SMS to let you know you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Re-joining the SMS Program:
If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
